The Centre d’Employabilité Francophone (CEF) – Beirut of the AUF, in collaboration with the association “Toumouhat”, organizes an online training workshop on “Hygiene in the restaurant industry”.

Trainer: Chadia Mubarak, expert in hygiene and food safety within the association “Toumouhat”.

Programe of the workshop:

  • Know the rules and regulations of personal hygiene
  • Identify and control hazards during food preparation
  • Clean and disinfect
  • Serving and delivering healthy food
